My lab combines genomics and cell biology to understand gene-drug and gene-environment interactions using a combination of biotechnology and chemical biology. We employ genomics and develop biotechnology tools to address both fundamental and applied biological questions. Specifically, the technologies we employ include parallel genome-wide chemical genomic screens, high-throughput cell-based screens and next generation sequencing.
